Unavailable sites in our AS

We are Internet Service Provider in Russia (AS 33991) and our nets cant access to sites you provided

Can you check our public addresses on the subject of locks on your part? Our subscribers complain about the unavailability of some resources from our networks.
Namely:
84.22.136.0/21
84.22.144.0/22
84.22.152.0/21

What do you mean they can’t access? What happens when they try?
