Hello,
I am writing to report a billing issue.
On September 12th, I was charged three times for the Enterprise plan, and these charges were not authorized.
My regular billing cycle is on the 22nd of the month, so I should only be charged once, not three times on an earlier date.
I have opened several support tickets, with the initial ticket being #01133904 , but I have not yet received a resolution.
I kindly request urgent assistance in reversing these unauthorized charges and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

We have been also incorrectly charged three times for a $275 Enterprise subscription, totaling $825.
We have opened several cases (first one #01133904 ), including chatting with support, but we still haven’t received any response
