Unauthorized charge from Cloudflare

Hello there,

I was charged $31.60 for no reason on Jan 21

Before that, I had one $31.60 domain purchase on Jan 18, one $3.16 domain purchase on Jan 19.
And they were all cancelled and refunded, so I currently own none of these two domains.
I assume it was caused by your staff’s mistake when processing the refund that I mentioned.

Could you please help me check with that?

I checked your multiple tickets and have escalated it to our of our billing specialists that will update you shortly. Please note when you send many tickets for the same issue, that will delay the response time as out team addresses tickets in the order received as quickly as they can.
