Unable to view Opened Cases

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have opened 2 cases in my dashboard account but I am unable to view or reply to any of them even through email. The cases are 01522478 and 01522478.
This has been a terrible experience in purchasing and registration of a domain.
Not only did I get an email saying Cloudflare failed to register my domain due to an internal error, It also fails to allow me to connect with support to resolve that. On top of that I was still charged. What is going on?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Clicking on active cases from my dashboard should redirect me to support but it does not. It is suggests I go to the support portal again but when I click that it redirects me to the same page.

When you created the tickets you will have received an email, and any response from Cloudflare will come by email. Just reply to the emails to respond to the tickets.
