Unable to verify email

Hello,

I have a privateemail inbox and am unable to verify/receive email in my inbox. I have tried resending a bunch of times and still no email. Can anyone assist me with this?

There’s not too much than can be checked by folk on this forum. Can you double-check:

  • Using your correct email address for your account signup (no typos etc)
  • Are you receiving other mail presently at the moment (no problem on your inbound mail side)
  • Messages aren’t being caught by any over-zealous spam filters.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think your message will come from [email protected] so you could try adding that to your contacts and/or otherwise white-listing the address.
