I have added the cname records a few days ago and Hobspot is not able to verify them. When I contacted them they asked me to check with cloudflare with following lnks.

I had done that. And it did not help.

You have delegated DKIM keys to Namebright, so you need to create the records in their DNS, not in Cloudflare or delete the NS records:
_domainkey.socialimpactsolutions.com. 300 IN NS ns1.namebrightdns.com.
_domainkey.socialimpactsolutions.com. 300 IN NS ns2.namebrightdns.com.

Exactly as @Laudian so nicely mentions here, I was suspecting some record conflicts, which was why I asked for a screenshot of your DNS records above, to be able to rule out such possibilities!
