What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve contacted website support. We’ve deleted and tried again (after waiting 24-48 hours and longer). Been at this for about a month.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I first used a subdomain lc.sherrystaggs.com and then deleted that after 4 weeks and am trying leadconnector.com. but it doesn’t like either.

The record resolves but without the intermediate CNAME, which it probably why it doesn’t validate…

Check that you haven’t enabled CNAME flattening for that just that DNS record, or globally as here…
