Unable to verify account email address

Cannot validate my account email address

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I recently created a new Cloudflare account and added my website. In “My Profile > Preferences”, it says “Your email address is not verified. Send verification email”. When I click to send it, the message “Verification email sent” appears — but I never receive the email.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Checked my spam/junk folder (nothing from Cloudflare)
  • Checked the delivery logs on my email server (no trace of the verification email)
  • Tried resending it using a different browser and after clearing the cache
  • Tried using incognito/private browsing mode
  • Considered changing the account email, but Cloudflare doesn’t allow that unless the current email is verified

Important note: I do receive other emails from Cloudflare — for example, password reset emails arrive without any problem. It’s only the verification email that never shows up.

At this point, I’m out of ideas — any help would be appreciated.

Can you try now? I can see the bounced emails and took steps to correct that. Sorry for the issues.
