SSL was working for months until I switched my site to development mode then I started getting Error 526 Invalid SSL certificate. I turned dev mode off and with my hosting companies support we cleared up the error but I am no longer able to validate the SSL certificate.
Support first asked me to turn off IPv6 compatibility in the Network setting but that is not possible. Then they suggested enabling a “Flexible” certificate via Cloudflare’s SSL/TLS settings and reaching out to Cloudflare to turn IP addresses off for me. Letting them know that it’s preventing SSL validation at your host. The IP’s are 2400:cb00:2048:1::681f:5e13 & 2400:cb00:2048:1::681f:5f13.
Does this sound right? Who do I reach out to?
