Unable to use subdomains

I’m new to Cloudflare…

I have my website sitting on a hosting server where I have A record for this subdomain with the required IP Address too. I have changed the nameserver to point to Cloudflare’s server.

I added my domain to Cloudflare recently and I also added my subdomain. I have created A record for my subdomain with the required IP Address on Cloudflare DNS record but I keep getting an error message:

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Do I miss anything?

That’s how it should work. Would you mind telling us the domain?

the domain is connectmobileapps.com.au

the subdomain is mymobileapps.connectmobileapps.com.au. The subdomain is a backoffice to my mobile app’s platform and admin interface.

I’m pausing the Cloudflare for now.
