My R2 subscription was removed, and I need to restore it to access my buckets. However, there is no invoice shown at all for me to pay, and when I try to add my payment card, I get the error: “Your card was declined.” Because of this, I cannot restore my R2 subscription or access my data. This is urgent and impacting my access to data.

It has been 3 days now that I have been unable to use Cloudflare R2, which has had a severe impact on our services and our customers. I am stuck in a loop on this page

and there are no invoices displayed for me to pay manually (normally, there should be an invoice that I can pay manually).

I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
