Unable to use 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1

Hello! New to the community forum.

Ive been trying for a few hours to get the new 1.1.1.1 DNS server to work, but whenever i change the ipv4 or the router settings to use either of the DNS servers i can no longer connect. Just receive an error that it cannot be resolved. Windows troubleshooter shows it as “DNS server not responding”

Switched back to 8.8.8.8 // 8.8.4.4 and everything works fine again.

Appreciate any help provided!

Would you please share a traceroute and also your ISP’s name for further investigation?
