Sorry for the issues. Not seeing tickets on the dashboard is an issue the team is working to fix. You should have received a copy of the case via email and can communicate with Support by replying to that email.
As you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
I tried replying to the email, but I got a message hasn’t been delivered response ( The message you sent to [email protected] hasn’t been delivered yet due to: Recipient email address is possibly incorrect. ). I submitted the ticket on 4/10 and still haven’t heard back.
Sorry for the issues, I see a reply from you on case 01466443 from a few minutes ago. Is that the case about which you received the not delivered email status?
