I am trying to upgrade my domain abraj.news to the Pro plan, but I keep receiving the following error message:

“We weren’t able to change your subscription at the moment, please try again later.”
“failed in ActionAppendSubscription: failed to update user subscription: failed to load account from db: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid.”

I have checked my account and payment details, and I would like to settle any outstanding balance as soon as possible. However, I am not able to locate the exact billing issue or complete the payment through the dashboard.

Could you please review my account and advise me on the necessary steps to resolve this issue and successfully upgrade to the Pro plan?
