Unable to upgrade plan? Buttons disabled

I cannot find a way to upgrade out of the Free Plan?

On the Dashboard page Active Subscriptions → Free plan has no “change” button near it.

Various other pages (Like Analytics) have “Upgrade to Pro” buttons, but they are not active.

I’ve entered billing information (thinking maybe it was looking for that first), but so far nothing is working.

I looked at some of the other posts having issues Updating but they at least seem to be able to start the process… I can’t even get that far.

Hi @Grockell,

Did you sign up for Cloudflare through a hosting partner? That’s often the cause of not being able to change subscriptions, and you would have to go through them.

If you signed up directly, can you try in a different browser or private window just to check it’s not extension related?
