Understood. I was hoping this thread would help expedite that, as it has been 9 days with no activity. We’re currently dead in the water with 2 new accounts and looming launch dates.
All of our invoices are paid (always have been, always will be) and there’s no indication of any actual billing problems on our end. This seems more like a technical issue.
As a sidenote, fwiw, we’ve learned that the new zone has no “core subscription,” and that might explain why the upgrade fails. Neither can we create the core subscription in order to upgrade it. Further, all new zones get created with no core subscription and I’ve observed this in 2 tenant accounts, 1 personal account, across 4 different newly created zones.
