Already trying 4 months to upgrade the subscription. This from different locations, isp, computers, etc., but no luck.
After creating a ticket, no response for 4 months now …

The Community cannot assist with Billing, Account nor Registrar issues.
But when will support respond to this? The case has been open for 4 months, without any response. I also miss direct access to any support staff, who can assist me with this case.

Try posting on Twitter, hacker news and Reddit. If that doesn’t work try mailing a letter to their San Francisco office.
