When I attempt to update my
Billing Address under
Payment info I receive an error:
Too much activity on this account. Please submit a captcha with form. (Code: 1293)
Oops, there was an error communicating with the billing system. Please try again later.
I do not see a captcha on the screen and am not sure how to resolve. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am still having the issue. I’ve tried with an incognito window as well to no avail. I opened a ticket with y’all, #2312259 and attached a HAR of the request and response. Let me know if there is any additional information that’d be useful for diagnostic.

Hi Laurie. Not exactly sure what you are asking for but as I noted above, I’ve opened a ticket and have been working with your support team. The problem is not resolved.
