Unable to update NS records

We checked and we failed to find any NS records for howiesons.co.za at the server → lorna.ns.cloudflare.com ← Please double check that you have entered the correct name server and you have correctly configured the server with for your domain

What is the issue you’re encountering

My domain registrar is unable to update the NS records on my domain to the provided NS records.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have removed and readded the domain to my account but still no luck.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

Cloudflare seems to have created the zone in the DNS so not sure why you are getting that message as it is resolving ok. If it persists, check with your registrar.

Upon checking, your domain is not resolving to any IP address when we dig against provided NS records as per the snip attached below.

That’s completely normal and not a problem. There is no good reason a domain needs to resolve to an IP address, especially not for something like changing your nameservers.
Insist they change your nameservers anyway. If they can’t do that, switch your domain to a functioning registrar.
