Hello. I recently changed the email address associated with my PayPal account because my primary email address changed. After updating the email address, I found that the old email address was still displayed in Cloudflare, so I updated the payment method. Then my bank recently reminded me that using PayPal may not be safe, so I want to change the payment method of my Cloudflare account to directly use a credit card. On the page for updating the payment method, I saw two email addresses for the same PayPal account, and neither can be changed or deleted. When deleting, it prompts Internal Server Error (Code: 1000). When changing, the bottom of the page shows both a green prompt success and a red error Internal Server Error (Code: 1000). I opened a ticket Case #: 01429438, but there has been no response in a week. I am very sure that I did not enter the wrong bank card information, because I recently changed the paypal bound to other service providers such as Akamai Linode to the same bank card. At the same time, I tried the bank cards of two different banks and the above error was reproduced. At the same time, the error also occurred when “deleting the old payment method”, so it should have nothing to do with the payment information I entered. I am sure there are no unpaid or failed payments, because I only use the free account. I have previously renewed my domain name, and the payment status is successful (cloudflare successfully received the payment and provided a receipt, paypal prompted success, and the bank account was successfully deducted). I also tried to change the browser and open the incognito mode, and the error can be reproduced.
