Unable to update email. Email already in use (Code: 1057)

Hi comunity!
I created a new Cloudlare account to migrate the service but I can`t change the email address.
The system resolve the following error “Unable to update email. Email already in use (Code: 1057)”
I need change the service of my personal account to a generic account. Try to delete the new account but i dont find this option.
Any can help me ?
