I am unsure why my website is linked to Cloudflare or how to get it back. I am unable to reach anyone at customer support. Any ideas?
Do you remember if you’ve used some 3rd-party service provier and created a Cloudflare account with them? 
Do you have access to any Cloudflare account with your own email address?
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

Otherwise, your domain was lately updated. Did you used eZoic?
If you want to completely unlink your domain from Cloudflare, go to your domain’s registrar (GoDaddy) to change the domain’s nameservers to any other provider of your choosing.
Be careful, though, so you don’t break the current site, email or any other services associated with the domain.

It was a 3rd party white label version of GHL that ported the site into Cloudflare. That site shutdown but my websites are still live. I wanted to port them into GHL but GoDaddy does not have record of my domains. I’m not sure how to regain access.
For some strange reason they are not linked in my GoDaddy account anymore. It shows as it being fully ported over to Cloudflare.
