I have been trying for over a year to transfer .us domains. THere is no support for domain registration, only the “fake” support.
If you would like help with this, please give some more information about the error or issue you are having.
What do you mean by this? All customers can open Registrar tickets even on the free plan.
I have tried and tried with different browsers, get information on “community” support.
I am really tired of this. Tried to send domain support a ticket again today; all I get is:
" There was a problem creating your ticket. Please try submitting again. If this problem persists, please report it in the Cloudflare Community."
I think its just there to placate us.

No, it’s not. All users of Cloudflare Registrar should be able to open a ticket and if you can’t then that is an issue that needs investigating. To start please try in a private/incognito window and, if you are familiar with developer tools, see if there is an error shown there when you try to submit.

As an aside and from a professional standpoint, your site uses W-A-A-Y too much JavaScript (and as evidenced by the above scripts). You should not be loading payment processor stripe JS where it is not needed.
I do have the private eMail addresses of some of your web developers, but they apparently cannot be bothered to reply.

I do not see any tickets in the past couple of years, so I can confirm that. Sorry for the issue. The agent can investigate that as they work through the transfer of the domain.

was recently added as a supported tld, TLD Policies and I just tried to transfer a .us
and received this error, The registry has indicated that the authorization code is not correct. Please re-enter the code again. If you continue to receive an authorization code error, please request a new code from your current registrar.
is that what you are seeing? Can you please email If you are a Cloudflare account holder, please submit a new support request from the email address you used to register your Cloudflare account. You should open a ticket directly through the Cloudflare dashboard following these steps: 1. Log in to your Cloudflare account and click on “Support” in the top right corner, from the drop down select Help Center. 2. Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the drop down menu select “My activities” where you will see your existing requests. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the “My Requests” page and click “Submit a request”. and share your ticket number here and the registrar team can investigate.
I am curious, did you sent a request via email to our support address and received that reply via email from a no-reply address? And also curious, are you attempting to transfer the domain from godaddy?
Yes I received that message 2 when I tried this year and last year at renewal time.
I would never, EVER use GoDaddy for ANYTHING (no truly serious professional webmaster would)! The current registrar is internet.bs in the Bahamas.
Regular emails to suport are deleted without being read (according to the requested read receipt).

I understand that. I used them for a .us
domain before I could get one from cf. I see two other instances of this error in tickets, neither from a .us
, but both from godaddy. I was wondering if we have an issue happening wrt their transfer codes.
I’d escalated this topic to my Registrar colleagues yesterday, noted the issue I encountered and referenced the two other tickets. I will add some other notes to the escalation and in the meantime, can you let us know what domain you were trying to transfer?

It was unlocked and double-check transfer code at the time. I locked it again after transfer failure. This is the second annual attempt.

Agree, sorry for the issues with this. I asked my colleagues to investigate and correct that. They have made some adjustments and you should be OK to create a ticket now. Can you give it a try and let us know if it works? If so, can you share your ticket number here?
