Unable to Transfer Domain config

My company would like to transfer configurations from one account to another, the previous service providers have asked us to get the configurations from Cloudflare or request a hard reset.

All of my company’s configurations for DNS, SSL/TLS Settings, Page Rules, Firewall, and Security Settings, etc are inside this Cloudflare account.

Please guide us on how we can access the previous account and make the transfer. Your response will be highly appreciated.

There is no transfer settings option. You can export your DNS records and import them into a new account.

Other settings will need to be recorded manually from your dashboard or you can use the API if you have your own programmers.
