Unable to switch to a monthly billing frequency

Hello, we’re unable to switch a subscription from the yearly Cloudflare Pro plan to a monthly Business plan. Our Pro plan renews automatically on March 30 which we don’t want, we would like to make a switch to a monthly Business plan as soon as possible.

When I try to edit the current subscription, after selecting Business plan I get the following prompt, without an option to choose the monthly billing frequency:

You need to change the plan on the overview tab and select monthly in the top right corner:

I don’t have that toggle. I hold a Super Administrator role.

The alternative is to cancel the current plan and subscribe again with the correct billing cycle.
Cancellations are only processed by the end of the billing period, so your plan will not be downgraded.

If you are still unable to change the billing cycle, please contact our billing team by opening a ticket from your dashboard: Support > Contact Cloudflare, then select Billing and go from there.
