Cannot locate dashboard account
I upgraded to get assist with our website being down. I go to enter chat and every time I get the error message “Cannot locate dashboard account”
At the moment, that site is not using Cloudflare nameservers. Can you contact your domain registrar and ask them to remove the icann holds on the domain name so that they can change the nameservers to the two associated with your account.
