Hello. Out of the blue, such an error appeared (ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH), I updated the certificates and it did not help. Checked that directly the server works correctly. The problem is on the Cloudflare side. Help solve the problem.

Check your Edge Certificates in the Cloudflare Dashboard (SSL/TLS) to see if they are still active.
There are no edge certificates and there weren’t before. And as I understand it, to add them is a paid feature
Universal SSL is free, and should be enabled to use them:
Universal SSL is enabled, I didn’t touch it
Try turning it off, wait five minutes, then back on again.
