Unable to resolve error 520

I’m having an issue on one device where I get error 520 when trying to access the website. I can access it on an incognito browser but not on any other chrome tab. I have cleared the cache, cookies etc etc. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now.
Any advice on how to resolve it? It’s only happening on one device (Macbook pro)
