I’m currently unable to access my dashboard using the primary account for our business. I had to create another account just to be able to post here.
When I try to login, it tells me the password is incorrect. I then go through the process of resetting, but I never get the password reset email into my office 365 account. I’ve checked spam etc and the message just is not arriving. However, If I click ‘forgot your email’ I do get an email with the primary address of the account, again this is the one I don’t seem to be getting a password reset email for.
Is there any issues currently preventing these emails from been sent? I’ve been trying this for the past two hours with no luck,
