Unable to Request a Domain Renewal (nameserver message seems to be an error)

No number i am implying as i checked autorenewal failed.

Nameservers are not pointing to cloudflare

What is the issue you’re encountering

1-The registrar is cloudflare, we created the domain in this platform and 2- Nameservers are fine.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked WHOIS and nameservers are fine, we never change them and they are cloudflare.
And two we did UPDATE the card information, after investigating that the renewal for November did not hit because the card was old.
Also, i went to manage domain tab and click manage , to be able to see the RESTORE button only one second but unable to click it as the page comes back to manage tab.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

To reproduce the issue, click on manage domain, click blue button manage and the page to be able to clock RESTORE it does not hold more than one second, therefore i am unable to make the request and pay accordingly for the renewal of the domain . Please remember you are the registrar.

To be able to pay for the RESTORE of the domain BEFORE 5 days, to make sure it does not get deleted.
