Unable to renew the certificate using the approve certificate link

I got an email saying
“As part of the Cloudflare SSL certificate renewal process, we need you to re-approve the domain www.****.com so that we can re-issue SSL certificates for use on our network.”

When I click the link and try to approve the certificate, I get an error saying " An error occurred while attempting to validate your domain. Please try again later or contact support for assistance."

What should I do ?

Sorry for the issue @its.u, were you able to resolve this?

Hi
No the problem is not solved.

I don’t know what to do. How to approve my domain if this link doesn’t work.
I don’t want my certificates to expire. These are shared SSL universal certificates that hostinger gave with the hosting.

Thanks

Thank you, I’ve seen instances of this before. Can you add a DCV record to your DNS records? You can get the details for the record from https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records

Let us know once you have that in place, sorry for the issues.

I dont know how to do that. Sorry not tech-savvy.

thanks

No issues, you’re set up via a Cloudflare Partner and they can add/help you add/explain how you can add that record with them.
