What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot renew my domain due to a payment processing issue. It has failed to autorenew, and any attempts to later renew it manually have failed. I have tried the following to get it to work:

  1. Change payment card
  2. Use PayPal instead of card for payment
  3. Trying again the next day

I’ve opened a support ticket which has gone unanswered for about 2 weeks now. This is becoming more urgent because the domain is set to expire in 10 days.
