What is the issue you’re encountering
I cannot renew my domain due to a payment processing issue. It has failed to autorenew, and any attempts to later renew it manually have failed. I have tried the following to get it to work: Change payment card Use PayPal instead of card for payment Trying again the next day I’ve opened a support ticket which has gone unanswered for about 3 weeks now. This is becoming more urgent because the domain is set to expire in 10 days.

I still haven’t received an answer from support. There are still 10 days until the domain expires. I would like to pay for the domain. If this does not work, I will have to change the domain to another provider so that it does not fail.
