Unable to renew Expired Domain

My domain are set as auto renew. it was working fine for many years.
Since, past few months my Indian credit cards & Paypal are not working with Cloudflare. I’ve already lost one of my client’s domain and now, my own 2 domain are expired.
Please help me ASAP.
