I got an email from Cloudflare on 10/16 saying I had 30 days to renew my domain Celestyne me. Why can’t I find my domain when I log in? I’ve spent 45 minutes trying to renew this and the system doesn’t allow me to open a ticket. It recommends reading articles of the same issue. I want to renew my domain or I’ll use another company. It should not be this difficult to renew a domain.
As a result of the outage over the last few days, there seem to still be intermittent dashboard and API issues.
Can you confirm if you were already able to renew the domain? If not, please make sure to open a ticket with Support.
