Unable to renew domain due to failed transactions

Hi

Automatic and manual attempts to renew failed with the following error:
We were unable to process your payment. To keep your domain registration

So far I have tried:

  1. Updated primary payment details and Add years manually (Failed)
  2. Add a different card as backup payment (Failed)

Please help resolve this issue.
