Unable to Renew Domain despite valid Payment Method

When I try renewing the domain, it’s giving the error that: “We were unable to process your payment. To keep your domain registration, update your payment method.” I tried re adding cards multiple times but still none worked for me. I have tried adding a backup card with same details but also didn’t worked. There is no issue from Bank end, since with the same card I brought my domain from cloudflare 1 year back.

can support team please look into this ? I have already raised the support case one week back, it was resolved with automated messages, and today as well in my support ticket there is no involvement of any person, just getting automated messages.
I am willing to share support ticket no. by any cloudflare support admin.

I think cloudflare support does not make any sense, I have raised the support ticket to urgent priority as well with my support case: 01353594, but no one would even care to send any message, I have just received automated messages. I have been experiencing the same for about 2 weeks, raised support cases Case Number: 01353594, but didn’t find get any relevant details from any of the support team ( getting the automated mails for the things that, I am commenting on my own ticket, nothing from any human ) Worst support.

Facing same issue, I have even tried adding the card details multiple times, No issue from Bank Side, since I have used the same card details for purchasing the domain earlier.

Only 4 days are left for my domain to expire, I have today again trying renewing it’s not working, @cloonan any idea what would happen after 4 days, Shall I migrate my domain to any other registrar ? I have already asked multiple times in the support case : 01353594, but only receiving automated emails, no real support.

what should a person do if only 4 days are remaining for his domain to expire, In my case I don’t think I even have any option, I have raised the issue multiple times in the support case but not a single person even responded to this case : 01353594. Very strange :frowning:
