Unable to Renew an Expired Domain

Hi,
I’m unable to renew an expired domain from the dashboard. Unfortunately, my reminder was for the end of 2021 after the transfer from NameCheap to Cloudflare. I have raised ticket number 2226997 but it automatically got responded as resolved.

Please help to renew.

Hi @techboy,

Can you share the domain? Has it now expired and you’re not seeing an option to renew it or what happened?

As it’s a registrar issue, I’ll escalate this for you.
