I already did but it was just auto resolved ticket # #3329268. Please help me renew my domain ASAP and its not showing on the dashboard

Did you open as registrar ticket? You should be able to respond and it will reopen.

That usually means you have more than one account.

That domain has never been active in the account you are using here. The nameserver assigned in the account you are using here are dell & kipp, the current nameservers are

I would start with this link.

Be sure that you are not logged in to your Cloudflare account when you use that link. It may be easiest to use an incognito browsing session to visit that link.

I don’t have access to the other email. I cannot recover it on my end either. Can we change the email address or what is the next step for this? I really need that domain to renew

I tried this but it say it should be input “ACTIVE DOMAIN” to locate the email address and it’s show me nothing as my domain is expired.

The domain provided isn’t registered on the Internet. This tool only works with active Cloudflare domains. Check for spelling typos or complete the form with a different domain.

On 3326087, the domain is not showing in the manage account means you are not in the correct account. whois shows Domain Status: autorenewperiod https://icann.org/epp#autorenewperiod that is until July 9. You should have an email confirmation of the purchase.

I just tried it as well, check all your email accounts. This is the message I received.

@adampaulellis the is as was communicated on 12 August. The domain you indicated is not and never was active in the account you used to contact Support. Specifically, I apologize for any miscommunication. I understand you need to renew adampaulellis.com however this domain is in a different account, not in the account you are writing in from. Nor was it ever active in the account you are using here.
