After changing registrar for a client domain, we moved the DNS to Cloudflare and DNSSEC was enabled but not supported by new registrar. When I disabled it, seems that the DS record is still configure in Cloudflare and I cannot removed it manually. How to I proceed? Anyone from staff can help?
The DS record is not configured in Cloudflare but with the registry. If it is still active after changing registrars, you have to contact the new registrar to remove it.
