I am unable to remove my payment info. It keeps saying that I have pending charges even when I do not have.
This is the message:
Pay for any pending charges before removing the payment method. You cannot remove the payment method from the account because there are pending charges/balance. (Code: 1219)
I do not think I have pending charges. I transferred a domain from namecheap to cloudflare today and already paid for it. Other than that I do not use any of cloudflare’s paid services.

Domains that use Cloudflare registrar autorenew. It may be that having a domain registration requires a payment method be kept on file.
