I have email routing enabled and this has also been added to some but not all of the domains.
I only noticed because it was causing a nightly CI job which keeps our DNS in sync with IAC was complaining and failing the job.
Is there any update from Cloudflare on this? This is an issue multiple people people are having and its definitely a bug, how can you ping a technical support on this forum?

I have this same problem. In the Audit Log it shows that Cloudflare added the cf2024-1._domainkey record to my domain just under 24 hours ago. Email Routing has never been enabled. I followed your solution @josephcf and it fixed the issue. Thank you for sharing it!
