Unable to regenerate API key. Invalid password (Code: 1071)
While retrieving API key it is throwing me above error.
Unable to view Global Key.
I can use same credential to login in site, it is working properly.
I have also tried by changing password, no success!
Probably best to open a support ticket.
I encountered the same problem as you. what to do
@jjbrothershop.2012 please try to reset your password before resetting the API key.
