Unable to receive Verification Email - Government domain

We have sign up in cloudflare within 2 weeks using our business mail, but couldn’t receive any verification email even has tried to re-sent it. Weird thing is log-in notification email has received.

When we try sign up using new gmail account, verification email has received and activate successfully.
