Unable to receive emails (MX Records)

I have added the records:

TYPE | NAME | VALUE | TTL | STATUS

A | Mail | points to 54..241.*** | Automatic | Orange Cloud
A | paral*****.com| points to 54..241.*** | Automatic | Orange Cloud
CNAME | www | is an alias of p*****.com | Automatic | Orange Cloud
MX | para*******.com | mail.para*******.com, proity 0, | Automatic | No cloud

On DNS propagation check places, they all have check marks.
But I can’t receive it emails, why?

:orange: won’t let email (SMTP/POP/IMAP) through. Anything for mail has to be set to :grey:.

How do I change from no cloud to gray cloud?

Don’t worry about no cloud. That’s normal for MX records.
