What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Received a supposed email from Cloudflare last week asking for me to verify payment method when I registered another domain. I assumed this may have been a phishing email as I could not find any notice/alert inside of my Cloudflare account to corroborate the email and my payment method was charged successfully. I also did not have any issue in the past with the payment method when registering other domains. I opened a ticket with Billing support on 11/4/2024 and have not heard a response aside from the automated reply. Today on 11/6 I received an alert that my account has been suspended and all my domains are locked/unmanageable.
