trying to reach local devives in my homenet e.g. my router (FRITZ!Box 192.168.178.1) I get Error 1003
What to do ?
Can you post a screenshot? Generally you cant assign a private IP address on Cloudflare, however your error would indicate a different issue.
You can’t proxy internal IP addresses. It would have to be set to .
but how can I make sure, that all Adresses 192.168.178.xyz are goverened by my own router and belong to my local homenet ??
They always do. This error message is displayed when you try to access a device which is protected directly via a Cloudflare IP address. That shouldn’t be the case when you want to access your Fritzbox since it is a local network. Example
What are you doing exactly?
@sdayman you can’t even select or not.
Agreed. Yet somehow, that’s what they seem to be trying – Going through Cloudflare to hit a Reserved IP address.
Why a partial screenshot? It should be a full screenshot.
just wanted to keep you from beeing flooded by more than the complete message. That’s why I cut out what you might need to see
Post the full screenshot, in particular the address bar.
Since you’re using Unity Media…
That is a local address, specific to your network and cannot go to Cloudflare in the first place.
Is there any HTML frame involved? Whats the output when you enter view-source:192.168.178.1
now I see a lot of text which is Greek to me

You need to post the output enclosed between two ```
tags, otherwise it wont display properly.
If there is no frame involved it could be a local reverse proxy as well. Whats running on that 192.168.178.1 address?
We are well beyond Cloudflare issues at this point though
that 192.168.178.1 is my Router.
it’s my FRITZ!Box which I’d like to handle from my laptop (running WIN10)
trying to enclose the greek text :

You use quotes instead of what I posted, so it still didnt display properly.
Why are you accessing your router in the first place? And what do you expect it to return, respectively what did you configure?
