Unable to purge site cache, error 1015

Hello,

I’m in the process of configured Cloudflare for a site, but when testing the purge everything function I get the following:

Unable to purge. Internal error. (Code: 1015)

I’m not exactly sure what could be the cause of this, everything I read online points to 1015 being related to rate limits. I’m not sure if that applies to me in this case as I am doing it from the Cloudflare console.

Has anyone run into this issue before, if so could you tell me how I can correct it?
