Unable to purge single URL for custom hostname (SSL for SaaS)

Hello,
is there a known bug on purging single files (single URL) when using custom hostnames on SSL for SaaS?

When I try to purge a single url I get the following message:

curl -X POST \
> -H "Authorization: Bearer XXXXXXXXXXXXX" \
> -H "Content-Type:application/json" \
> https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/zones/MYZONEID/purge_cache \
> --data '{ "files":["https://www.clientdomain.tld/foo/bar/example.png"] }'

{
  "result": null,
  "success": false,
  "errors": [
    {
      "code": 1082,
      "message": "Unable to purge www.clientdomain.tld. You can only purge files for this zone."
    },
    {
      "code": 1016,
      "message": "One or more cache purge errors"
    }
  ],
  "messages": []
}

When trying the same in the Dashboard, no feedback message is showing at all (like I didn’t do it). No error message, no success message, nothing.

I am unable to cache single URLs because of this.
Is anybody else also seen this behavior?

I have also raised a support ticket about a week ago, no help there.

Thank you very much.
