What is the issue you’re encountering

Unable to “purchase” Zero Trust Free plan, “Purchase” button remains locked/unclickable after initial click - no plan is configured, HTTP request to /subscriptions fails with 500 Internal Server Error

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried another browser (Chrome vs Firefox), log out/login.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Create Free Cloudflare account
  • Setup domain(s)
  • Select PayPal as payment method for Zero Trust
  • Enter billing address
  • Select “Purchase” button

Can you create a Billing ticket to let the Billing Support team know? You can open a Billing ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

Thanks @cloonan , I’ve submitted a billing ticket on your advice - will comment again once resolved and if there are any steps I missed.

I’m running into the same problem, and also opened a billing ticket on Wednesday. No response so far, and it appears to still be broken.
